"Jesus revealed His love to me through a conversation with a Korean Christian"

Although I had been raised in church, I was seven years old when I started asking questions about the importance of Jesus, why we go to church, and eternal life. The next Sunday, my dad and I talked with my pastor and he helped me realize my need for Jesus to forgive my sins and give me eternal life. It was then that I turned from living with my doubts and insecurities to accepting God's beautiful gift of grace and salvation through His son Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.
Since Christ came into my life, He has remained the most integral and important thing in my life. Jesus is my best friend, my healer, and my unfailing comforter. I have grown in my faith since I was seven, and completely believe that God never changes, is completely satisfying, forgives me for the many ways I continue to fail each day, and not only loves me, but actually likes who I am!
Each day I learn something new about Jesus. I am continually reminded of His unfailing love and grace for me. Jesus was there for me during tough times such as my parents' divorce, adjusting to college, and choosing my career. Jesus was and is there for me during the good times too, and has revealed His love to me through creation, a conversation with a Korean Christian, daily readings of His awesome Word (the Bible), and other experiences. I am excited to have Christ in my heart and to follow Him in whatever adventures are to come!
