A hillbilly's story

to share something as powerful and important as the Bible. For eleven years I ran from the calling as hard as I could. Nothing else seemed to bring the peace and happiness I was looking for. Sandra (my wife) and I were in and out of church during that 11 year period. When we would go for a while, on a regular basis, Iwould be reminded of God's call on my life to preach. So we would stop attending for a while. The call would get quiet and we would return to worship for a while until it all happened again.

Once I said yes to the Lords call on my life, I have experienced an unexplainable peace and happiness that can only be attributed to His presence in my life, even in the really bad times. LOOK FOR MY NEXT BLOG "That tears it". Coming soon!
